Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our designer water bottles, elegant mugs, aromatic candles, and curated home accessories. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- All tags and protective covers must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, our candles & fragrance products cannot be returned once opened. All other products (mugs, ornaments & trinkets, tins & storage, travel mugs, and water bottles) are eligible if they meet the above conditions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Package your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA confirmation
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items
