Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags and protective covers must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, our candles & fragrance products cannot be returned once opened. All other products in our collection (mugs, ornaments & trinkets, tins & storage, travel mugs, and water bottles) are eligible for returns if they meet the above conditions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.

- Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA confirmation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
